You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
  • The weight, pack size, or variation you received does not match your order.
  • You report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.

📌 Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and included extras must be returned.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for exchange.
