✅ When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • Your purchased item becomes unavailable or out of stock.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

📋 How to Request a Cancellation

Please have your Order ID ready for quick processing.

💳 Prepaid Order Cancellation

If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation:

  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed through your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Visa/MasterCard).

🚗 COD Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Please note that repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your future COD eligibility in order to maintain service quality for all customers.

📦 Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders require advance payment and are handled through a special process.

  • Pre-orders can only be cancelled before the supplier confirmation stage.
  • Once confirmed or in transit from the supplier, cancellation is not possible unless the item is delayed or unavailable.

🏢 Company Rights

Deshi Food Mart reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The item becomes unavailable.
  • Payment verification fails.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • The delivery address is incorrect or unreachable.

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
