📦 What Is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order lets you purchase a product before it is available in our warehouse. This ensures you never miss out on limited stock or newly arriving items.
💳 Advance Payment Required
To confirm a Pre-Order, advance payment is mandatory. Accepted payment methods include:
- Visa / MasterCard
- bKash
- Nagad
This allows us to secure your product directly from our suppliers and prioritize your order.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
Every Pre-Order product comes with an estimated arrival and delivery timeline. Please note that timelines may vary due to supplier availability, import processes, or logistics conditions. Any unexpected delay will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
❌ Cancellation of Pre-Orders
You may cancel a Pre-Order before the supplier confirmation stage. After confirmation, cancellation may not be possible unless the item becomes:
- Unavailable
- Excessively delayed
- Discontinued by the supplier
In any of these cases, a full refund will be issued.
💰 Refunds for Pre-Orders
If a Pre-Order is cancelled by the customer (where eligible) or by Deshi Food Mart due to supply issues, a full refund will be processed through your original payment method.
🔄 Exchange & Return of Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order items are eligible for exchange or return only if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for Pre-Orders due to supplier and reservation commitments.
