  • Refund: Your money will be returned through your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Card). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via mobile banking.

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and included freebies must be returned.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
