How do I track my order? Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and phone number. You can also message us on WhatsApp or Facebook to check your order status.

What payment methods are available? We accept Visa, MasterCard, bKash, Nagad, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Partial payment is also available, and prepayment is required for pre-order items.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Inside Dhaka & Chittagong City: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130
  • Express Delivery (Dhaka only): ৳100

How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary by location. Inside Dhaka and Chittagong, orders typically arrive within 72 hours. Outside Dhaka, please allow up to 4 working days.

Do you offer express delivery? Yes, express delivery is available within Dhaka city only for faster order arrival.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.
